And the angel said to me, "Write this: "Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb." And he said to me, "These are the true words of God." Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, "You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God." For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Exodus:3:2-6
Michael the Archangel of God! All praise and honor and glory to the Almighty! Passages throughout the Bible refer to Michael as the Archangel of God the Almighty. Michael is only mentioned briefly in three places in the Bible. I have read many passages concerning Michael the Archangel concerning who he is and who he is not. I read one really flawed passage that alluded to the fact that Michael the Archangel was God Himself. I looked up the passage which is Exodus 3:2 -6. The Bible passage states that the angel appeared to Moses in a flaming bush and instructed Moses to remove his shoes because the ground where he stood was holy. It was God Himself who then spoke to Moses through the angel instructing him in what he was to do. I have also read in places where some believers believe that Michael the Archangel is Jesus Christ.
Again, I believe that Michael the Archangel and Jesus Christ are two separate entities. I believe angels and God are distinctly different entities. There are people who put everything pertaining to God all together and do not differentiate between God the Father and all who are subordinate to Him. I am particularly interested in conveying this message as we are in end times and so close to the end. I understand there are many who would rather watch their favorite television show, have all kinds of fun, and go about their business and not focus on anything concerning end times or end time prophecies. It may seem morbid or negative to some people to focus on the end, but the Bible clearly states that this is exactly what we should do. Read the passage Matthew 24:36;44. [44Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.]
God's presence is so strong and powerful that He has willed His angels to represent Him many places in the Bible when His will was to be carried out. The power of God surpasses anything man can imagine or fathom! The power of God is infinite and cannot be measured. For this reason, God has chosen to send representatives that are filled with His Holy spirit and power, that act on His behalf to carry out His will. While God's omnipotence allows Him to come in any shape or form He so chooses, I am of the belief that angels and saints represent Him when he has a message to convey to man. It is not in our makeup to fully understand how God imposes His will upon man nor is it wise to try to seek out and understand that which is not meant to be fully understood. Some things are left to man's knowledge and God simply Is.
I am not a Biblical scholar or anything like that, but I believe that God has willed an inspiration into my life. For that reason, I put up these posts as God wills me to do. When you are directed by God, it is His will and not you own will that drives you. You cannot do a single thing without the will of God.
As I observe people in the world and people around myself, I am always reminded of the power of God. The forever omnipotent, omnipresent and all powerful God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob directs my life and through His will I will continue to post in His name and inspire anyone who reads my posts to come back to Jehovah. Even if you have forgotten about God or forsaken Him, there is still time to redeem yourself and repent of any and all your sins. God only wants us to come to Him. The following passages from the Bible are the ones which contain reference to Michael the Archangel. In closing, remember when you worship God, give praises and honor and worship to Him only! Angels, saints and all representatives of God the Almighty give worship and praise only to Him through whom all things were created and came into being. Cling to God in everything you do and patiently await the Great Coming.
NOTE: The following passages in the Bible contain references to Michael the Archangel:
Daniel 10:13/King James Version (KJV)
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
Jude 1:9-11/New International Version (NIV)
9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” 10 But these people blaspheme all that they do not understand, and they are destroyed by all that they, like unreasoning animals, understand instinctively. 11 Woe to them! For they walked in the way of Cain and abandoned themselves for the sake of gain to Balaam's error and perished in Korah's rebellion.
Revelation 12:7-9/New International Version (NIV)
7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
This blog was created to give praise to Jehovah the Almighty. I will put up inspiration posts that may inspire or help anyone reading my blog. I hope this blog will come as a blessing to anyone reading it and also to get you to think more deeply about your belief(s) in Jesus Christ and God.
